Meet the Author

In addition to being an author, I’m also a consultant, and entrepreneur.

So I write from first hand experience (25 years and counting).

I’ve written 3 books so far-all on some aspect of process improvement.

• The Basics of Process Mapping
• The Basics of Benchmarking
• Making Quality Happen: An Action Handbook

I’m writing a couple of blogs as well.  The links are listed in the Blogroll.

I expect you’ll see a 2nd edition of the book I wrote on process mapping very soon.  I’d like to count that as a 4th book since it has all new material.  Same maps, new material.

I’m also a compulsive learner and reader.  I enjoy reading or watching science fiction and fantasy (Avatar, LOTR, Iron Man).

I actually started writing fiction when I was in elementary school.  I still have some of that work.

I keep hoping I’ll be able to show improvement some day.
